I cater to a range of abilities with my Personal Training sessions.
We will be working to develop good technique whilst also progressing in strength and fitness. I believe it can be valuable for everyone, not just athletes (although I train those too!)

At Welcome Gym Cheltenham we will have full use of all the strength and cardiovascular equipment for your workout.

It is a laid-back pressure-free environment to exercise in, which I can testify to as I enjoyed 6 years of membership there before putting on my PT hat!

Video Call

I can be your PT no matter where you are in the world!

I will instruct and motivate you via video call, but you will need to acquire any necessary equipment yourself - kettlebells, dumbbells and resistance bands are versatile investments.

Wherever you are, you will also need to ensure a stable internet connection, a device (laptop, tablet or smartphone) with working camera, microphone and speaker, and enough space to exercise in.
